About me
My name is Md. Hafizul Imran from Bangladesh. I have more than 8 years of job experience in robotics field in both teaching and commercial sector. My Passion is to work with cutting edge technology like robotics, Artificial Intelligence, IoT, RPA and Embedded System and like to share my knowledge with others. Right now I am doing PhD (mobile robot navigation) at Universiti Sains Malaysia.
To promote and build the robotics community, I initiated the Bangladesh Robotics Foundation and have been playing the role of chairman since 2017. DIU Robotics Club and Daffodil Robotics Lab also have been successfully established with my Leadership. As the keynote speaker, I conduct seminars and workshops at more than 40 Universities nationally and internationally to teach and promote robotics and AI.
Achieved the championship in national hackathon, organized by Bangladesh ICT division in 2016. Participated in startup village-2018 in Russia with a pipe inspection robot (Pirate) and in International Conference on Advanced Robotics, Mechatronics, and Artificial Intelligent 2019, Tokyo, Japan. Besides, I did several professional training and courses from different countries, for instance, a robotics teacher’s certification course from UBTECH robotics corporation, China (2019), Robotics Process Automation (RPA) teacher’s certification course from Uipath Academy, India (2020).
I have more five publications in reputed conference and journals including Scopus and ISI related to robotics fields. During this journey as a researcher, I have developed many robotics projects such as Dbot (humanoid robot), Pirate (pipe inspection robot), iBot messenger, Drone, Nishash (mechanical ventilator) KITI (autonomous outdoor delivery robot)and also have working experience with commercial robots like CRUZR, Alpha, Yanshee.
